§ 1. General provisions
This document applies only to the information website hurtjedrus.pl (home page, product catalogue, contact). The owner and administrator of the website is P.H.U. Jędruś Sp. J., ul. Myślenicka 7, 32-420 Gdów, Poland, VAT ID (NIP): 6831736706, e-mail: its@hurtjedrus.pl.
Orders are placed and handled outside this website - by phone, text message (SMS), e-mail (details on the Contact page) or through the separate ordering platform e-Zamawiarka (zamowienia.hurtjedrus.pl), available to regular B2B customers after logging in. The e-Zamawiarka platform has its own separate terms, available after logging in.
§ 2. Nature of the content
The product catalogue, descriptions and any prices shown on the website are for information purposes only - they do not constitute a commercial offer within the meaning of Article 66 of the Polish Civil Code, but an invitation to conclude a contract in accordance with Article 71 of the Polish Civil Code (Journal of Laws 1964 No. 16 item 93, as amended). Current availability and the binding price are agreed individually when you contact us or place an order.
§ 3. Age restriction
The website contains information about alcoholic beverages and is intended for adults only, in accordance with the Polish Act of 26 October 1982 on Upbringing in Sobriety and Counteracting Alcoholism. On your first visit you are asked to confirm that you are at least 18 years old - see § 4.
§ 4. Cookies and data stored in the browser
The information website hurtjedrus.pl does not use cookies or any analytics, advertising or tracking tools (such as Google Analytics or Facebook Pixel). No personal data is collected through this website.
The only item saved locally in your browser (using the localStorage mechanism, technically separate from cookies) is the age confirmation flag (ageConfirmed), saved after you click "Yes, I am 18+" in the age verification window. Its sole purpose is to avoid showing this window again on later visits, and it results from the legal obligation described in § 3. It is not used for profiling or tracking and is not shared with any third parties.
You can remove this entry at any time by clearing the site data in your browser settings - the only effect is that the age verification window will appear again on your next visit.
§ 5. Personal data protection (GDPR)
As the website has no forms or other mechanisms for collecting personal data, such data may reach the administrator only on your own initiative - e.g. a phone call, text message or e-mail sent to the contact details given on the Contact page. In that case the data controller is P.H.U. Jędruś Sp. J., ul. Myślenicka 7, 32-420 Gdów, Poland, VAT ID (NIP): 6831736706, and the data is processed in order to reply and, where applicable, to fulfil an order (Article 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).

§ 6. Copyright
All content published on the website - texts, photographs, the logo and the graphic layout - is the property of P.H.U. Jędruś Sp. J. or is used with the consent of the entitled parties, and is protected by copyright. Copying and distribution without the administrator's written consent is prohibited.
